An auction for the LeBra and Downey Products product lines was held on July 7th, 2009.  The winner of the auction was a company called Bestop. 

Bestop has not made any announcements concerning the purchase of the tonneau products lines and so far they have not contacted us at AccessorizeYourVehicle.com. A review of their website did not turn up any information either.  We checked their press release section of the web site and there was not any information there.  We did find this about the company in their FAQ section:

Until Bestop is ready to move forward, if you need a new tonneau system, we have had great customer feedback about our Snap-E-Top tonneau covers.  If you are in need in replacement parts for your Lebra tonneaus, you will have to continue to be patient.
