Although, with the great warranty included with these tonneaus, it doesn't seem likely you will need to purchase parts unless you are unfortunate enough to have a mishap of some type.  If you are new to these tonneau covers and are not familiar with their warranty it is as follows:

The frame carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  The Extreme vinyl cover material also comes with the same Limited Lifetime Warranty.  The regular vinyl covers are warranted for 3 years.  Many tonneaus are only warranted for 90 days and most others only up to 1 year.  So this is a very strong warranty.

Having see the quality of the aluminum frame, I can see why they can offer this warranty.  The frame is angled aluminum which not only provides a more streamline appearance, it also makes for a stronger frame.  The Extreme vinyl cover is a 3 layer vinyl that includes a tear resistant middle layer.

So what is limited about the lifetime warranty?  The lifetime warranty is in effect for as long you own the tonneau.  The warranty does not transfer.
