This week we created a new section in our Accessories Department called Safety and Security.  As the name implies, products in this section are designed to make your driving safer and to enhance your vehicle's security.

The first products to appear in this new section and a combination of old and new products.  At least new to AccessorizeYourVehicle.com.

The new products are products known to most of us as The CLUB.  But The CLUB is more than just a steering wheel lock.  Over the years the company the manufactures The CLUB, Winner International, has added many security and safety products.  In addition to The CLUB, the also offer a variety of Tire Claw (or wheel locks) products to are useful in securing ATVs, motorcycles, scooters and trailers.

Winner International also offers an Etching System that anyone can use to imprint a personal ID onto your vehicle's windows or other inconspicuous place to deter theft.  You no longer have to pay hundreds of dollars to the dealer where you purchased your vehicle for this etching service.  You can do it yourself.

Winner International also makes an Automatic Back-Up Safety Device call BlindSpot that sounds an audible alarm when you might be backing into an object.  The system uses anti-collision radar to detect objects in your back-up path.

Additionally, we added the Allview Mirror system to the Safety and Security section.  The Allview Mirror allows you to have a panoramic view of cars that are hiding in your blind spots on both sides of the car so lane changes can be made safely and with confidence in any traffic situation.

I have an Allview Mirror in my Mustang Cobra and I love it.  While on vacation this summer we rented a Dodge Magnum, which is a great looking car, but a little like driving in a tunnel.  WIth the Allview Mirror installed, you suddenly have great vision out the side windows of the Magnum.
